I have enjoyed every minute of my recruiting career. My husband, Sam, and I began our marriage and our recruiting firm in 1989. We have literally worked side-by-side for nearly 35 years. We are today working on a search for our very first client in 1989 – many of our clients have been with us for YEARS! Our clients trust us, we get them, and we make great matches! My passion is matchmaking: the right opportunity at the right time for the right person and the right employer. Changing lives every day.

I am a consultative seller, exhaustive hunter, collaborative teammate and a master negotiator. I simply LOVE what I do. We are, at our best, pure headhunters. The industry doesn’t matter. With enough commitment from our client to our process, we can find anyone. With 35-years’ experience we have a vast candidate network, and passive candidates are our wheelhouse.

I am happily married to Sam, we have 2 adult children and one granddaughter (oh, and a cat, Henry). We enjoy our cottage most summer weekends and we attend Oak Pointe Church in Novi.
