Investment Service Specialist
Our client’s seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our client’s investment department. Ideal candidate should have an understanding of investment principles and be able to work well as part of a 4-person team.
Responsibilities:
–Process/follow up with clients and investment companies for all client servicing issues
–Organize, manage/track multiple tasks with changing priorities including account transactions, account openings/closings, address changes and withdrawals.
–Daily account management for the client responding to inquiries and maintaining client records
–Maintain database records to ensure account information in systems is accurate
–Support on-boarding of new clientele as part of the investment team
–Familiarity with Morningstar Office and DocuSign is a plus, but not required
Experience:
–Bachelors degree a plus (NOT REQUIRED)
–MS Office Proficiency
–1-2 years experience in financial services or financial planning preferred
